Use of This Site
By using the site www.simplymanikins.com and its related services and products (collectively, the "Site") you agree to be bound by these terms ("Conditions of Use"). You also accept the Conditions of Use when you create an account, sign in as guest, or log in to the Site. We may make changes to the Site and the Conditions of Use. It is your responsibility to review the Conditions of Use for updates or changes. If you do not agree with the Conditions of Use, you should not use the Site.
Paying for Your Order
While we make every effort to ensure that the products shown on our website are currently available at the price shown. In rare cases, should products you have ordered become unavailable, you will be notified immediately. The price you pay is the price of the products shown at the time you place your order, even if the price of the product has since changed.
All customers, your credit, debit card or Paypal account will be debited for your order at the time your order is placed. Our credit card payment provider may pre-authorize your order amount for security and address verification purposes. By submitting an online order with Simply Manikins, you expressly agree not to request a ‘charge back’ or dispute of any fees or payments for said orders, and that no dispute with Simply Manikins will be raised with or adjudicated by the credit card company or Paypal. Rather, you agree to contact Simply Manikins directly to resolve the issue.
Order Confirmation
Our online and email order confirmations to you does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. At any time after receipt of your order, we may decline and cancel the order if we suspect fraudulent activity whether the case being true or false. We will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you provide to us. If we cancel an order or part of an order that we've already charged you for, we'll refund you the full amount of the canceled portion of the order.
Shipments
Orders are processed in order of received. In-stock orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. You will be notified order status via email or you can check the status of your order online. You will also be emailed a tracking number from the chosen carrier. Customer returned shipments due to any undelivered reason outside the carrier’s responsibility will be charged a 10% restocking fee plus the actual shipping cost from the shipment invoice subtotal. Please note that USPS Priority Mail is not a guaranteed service by the USPS or from us. Holidays and inclement weather play a big part in this. The US Postal Service or S does not offer shipping refunds for delayed delivery dates for any reason.
Errors on This Site
We try to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, sku's or other Site content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Prices and promotions are subject to change. We cannot confirm the availability or price of an item until you place your order. Despite our best efforts, rarely an item on the Site may not be available, have an inaccurate description or may have been mis-priced. For any of these reasons you will be notified, we will contact you regarding return instructions, changes or cancellation.
