Do I need an account

No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest every time.

However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.

After placing my order

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.

Can I cancel my order?

Please contact us immediately to cancel, we can not guarantee cancelation after 6 hours.

How much is shipping?

Shipping can be figured on the cart page in a jiffy just by entering your state and zip code.

Economy shipping is just $5.00 per order. Other speedier shipping methods will be an option.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship only within the United States and some US territories. Please visit our Ebay site for international shipping.

When will I get my order?

Most in-stock orders are shipped within 2 business days. Many orders placed by Noon Monday thru Friday will ship the same day. No orders are shipped on weekends or major holidays. Please go here or delivery time table once your package ships.

How do I track my order

Tracking is emailed to all customers after your order has shipped via carrier or Shipstation.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging. Please go here for more details.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
