No Hassle Returns
Simply Manikins wants you to love your products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly refund or exchange your order within 30 days of the delivery date of your order. We do not charge restocking fees like the competition!
Not what you expected, decided you didn't need, ordered the wrong item(s):
We gladly accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date of your order. You must fill out our contact form and include your order # click here. You will receive instructions with a RA# and our return mailing address by email within 1 business day. You will be responsible for return shipping and charges.
NOTE ON REFUNDS: Refunds are issued within 2 business days of return (it may take up to 4 business days to appear in your account). Invoice shipping charges are not refundable. If your order had free shipping, you will be charged the actual shipping it cost us (it's only fair) and this will be deducted from your refund amount.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items:
We gladly accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date of your order. If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective or that is not the product you ordered per invoice, we will issue a pickup and we'll arrange and ship a replacement immediately. You must fill out our contact form and include your order # click here. You will receive instructions with a RA# and our return mailing address by email within 1 business day.
There are no returns for any reason accepted after 30 days of delivery or with no RA# on the package. Unauthorized, returned package attempts will be refused and returned to the customer.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items or condition cannot be returned, manikins or hair that have been altered in anyway there is positively no returns. Any used personal care or used beauty products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
