Do I Need An Account

No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest everytime.

However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.

After Placing Order

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.

I Did Not Get Emails

Here are the top 4 reasons for no emails. 1: They are in your spam or junk mail folder. 2: You may have a typo in your email when you created your account or placed a order. 3: Your or our email servers are down. 4: Some email servers just don’t accept emails from certain servers because of technical security reasons beyond our control.

When Will My Package Arrive

Most in-stock orders are shipped within 2 business days. Many orders placed by Noon Monday thru Friday will ship the same day. No orders are shipped on weekends or major holidays. Please go here for delivery time table once your package ships.

How Do I track My Order

Tracking is emailed to all customers after your order has shipped via carrier or Shipstation.

Canceling Orders

Please email us immediatley to cancel, we can not guarantee canceleation after 6 hours.
